Here's a fun activity to accompany your Cell Cycle Unit. This Mitosis Escape Room will have your students begging for more. It's an excellent teaching tool that reinforces the cell cycle and phases of mitosis.  Students will tackle questions about the phases of mitosis, the role of checkpoints, centrosomes, centrioles, spindle fibers, diploidy and chromosome number, interphase (G1, S, and G2 phases), and the significance of cell division and its regulation.
