Here's a fun and engaging activity to go along with your Integumentary System Unit. Students will review the symptoms and causative agents of several skin conditions in this activity. Some skin conditions include melanoma, vitiligo, liver spots, ringworm, scabies, psoriasis, alopecia, stretch marks, Kaposi sarcoma, cellulite, and eczema.
 
This Google Form activity contains 20 questions and is also available in a Print PDF version. There are four puzzles, and each includes five questions. Students must open four locks. Each puzzle has response validation. Students must answer correctly before advancing through the game. An answer key is included.
