This Google Form resource contains 20 questions. There are five puzzles, and each includes four questions. Students must unlock five locks by solving the 20 problems. As equations are solved, students will generate a four-letter code that will unlock the locks. Each puzzle contains response validation. Students can't move to the next puzzle until they enter the correct code. Answer key is included.
